Voices Unheard is a 38-minute documentary on homelessness in Cincinnati. Filmed in 2001, Voices Unheard was created shortly after the release of the Homeless in Cincinnati study. The filmmaker, Emrah Oral, talks to homeless and formerly homeless individuals and advocates. Topics covered include the causes of homelessness, employment and homelessness, sleeping arrangements for homeless people, finding a way out of homelessness, and more.
