We are extremely excited to announce our newest Director of Education, Liz Virgo! Liz is a longtime educator and active community member. In addition to her concern for individuals experiencing homelessness, she is passionate about peace, justice and environmental sustainbility within our community.
With more than 24,000 people reached in the last 9 years through walking tours, trainings, alternative breaks and our Speaker’s bureau, Liz is inheriting an educational program built by unforgettable powerhouses and rooted in empowering our community to be housing justice fighters. We believe the future of our educational work looks brighter than ever!
