Streetvibes is an alternative newspaper and part of the international street newspaper movement. Focusing on homelessness and social justice issues, Streetvibes reports the often-invisible story of poverty in our community. Streetvibes is also proud to include creative writing, poetry, articles, photography and interviews written by people who have or are currently experiencing homelessness. As a progressive news source, Streetvibes serves an educational function, and also provides a forum for dialogue for those often left unseen and unheard. It is published bi-weekly by the Greater Cincinnati Homeless Coalition, largely with the help of volunteers.

Individuals experiencing homelessness or poverty distribute the paper for $2.00 to the community as a Cleo Womblesway to earn a supplemental income.
Streetvibes can help individuals earn the funds to keep their housing, pay their utilities, or to purchase necessities, such as bus cards. The average distributor distributes 60 papers a month. Our top distributors can move up to 400 papers in a month.
