Registration for Shantytown, Speakers, Trainings, Walking Tours, and other Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Events

The Homeless Coalition does our best to help aid in your event by setting up speakers, helping with planning, and coordinating t-shirts and other aspects of Shantytown. Early registration helps us ensure that we can provide these services.  Thank you!

Note: Registration does not require that you host a Shantytown sleepout.  We consider you a participant and equal part of the events even if you engage in activities besides the sleepout, or are hosting another Hunger & Homeless Awareness related event.

Cancellations: Please give us at least 48 hours before any cancellation. Payment is expected for any event that is cancelled within 48 hours of the event. This ensures that our Speakers, Tour Guides, and staff are compensated for their time. If you want to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every attempt to accommodate your group. Thank you!

Mileage: Mileage for events further than 25 miles from downtown Cincinnati may require an additional mileage fee reflecting the current federal mileage rate.
